Extended producer responsibility
EPR, without the portals
If you place goods on the French market, you fund their end of life. That means joining a scheme for every category you sell, obtaining a unique identifier that looks like FR 123456 _01AB, entering it in Seller Central, and declaring your tonnage every year.
We handle the registrations, keep the declaration calendar, and answer the schemes' letters in your place.
There is no single EPR number for Europe. Each member state runs its own rules, so selling in France, Germany, Spain and Italy can mean four separate registrations per category, each with its own reporting schedule.
Without a valid identifier, Amazon may collect the eco-fee itself — at a rate you don't control, on sales you have already made. Registering directly is usually cheaper.
The categories we register in France
Each has its own scheme, fee scale and declaration deadline.| Category | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Packaging | Boxes, poly bags, void fill — anything the customer throws away |
| WEEE | Powered goods, chargers, cables, small appliances |
| Batteries | Loose cells and batteries built into products |
| Textiles | Clothing, household linen, footwear |
| Furniture | Furnishings and mattresses, flat-pack included |
| Graphic paper | Printed matter, catalogues, leaflets and inserts |
| Toys, sports goods, DIY | Streams created since 2022 — routinely missed |
| Tyres | Tyres and inner tubes |
Selling in Germany, Spain or Austria too? The obligations differ, and we map them on the first call.
